Marketing Communications

This notice has been prepared by Oggo Deri Çanta Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("OGGO") to inform you about how we send commercial electronic communications and how we process your personal data for this purpose, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the data protection laws of your country of residence, including the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

Your Consent

When you subscribe to our newsletter or choose to receive messages from us, you give your explicit consent for OGGO to send you commercial electronic communications through the channels you have approved, which may include email, SMS, WhatsApp and telephone. We will only send you such communications with your consent, pursuant to Article 6 of Law No. 6563 and Article 5(1) of the KVKK.

Data We Use

For this purpose, we use your identity information (name and surname) and contact information (email address and phone number), together with your preferences and your interactions with our communications and website.

Purposes of Processing

With your consent, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

sending you news about new collections, events, campaigns and exclusive offers;
carrying out advertising, promotional, direct marketing, personalised marketing and remarketing activities;
creating client-focused campaigns and offering you special opportunities, including those provided together with OGGO's business partners;
recommending and personalising products and services according to your preferences, usage habits and needs;
identifying target audiences and conducting segmentation, marketing analysis and internal reporting;
analysing user behaviour to improve your experience;
planning and carrying out market research, client satisfaction studies and client relationship management.

Sharing Your Data

Your personal data may be processed by OGGO directly or through our service providers, and shared with technology infrastructure providers, messaging and email service providers, and OGGO's business partners, solely for the purposes stated above. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email, by replying "STOP" to our messages, or by contacting us at eshop@oggo.com.tr. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.

Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we will continue to send you essential service messages related to your orders, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and return information.

Your Rights

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR, including the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, by emailing eshop@oggo.com.tr with the subject line "Privacy Request", or by sending a written request to the address below.
