1. About Us

2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to all orders placed through the international version of our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges policies, which form part of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Our Pieces

Our bags and shoes are handcrafted from natural leather and suede. Slight variations in texture, grain and shade are a natural characteristic of these materials and a mark of their authenticity; they are not considered defects. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but their appearance may vary depending on your screen. Product dimensions and weights are approximate.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. All prices include applicable import duties and taxes, and shipping is complimentary. Payment is made through our secure checkout, using the payment methods displayed at checkout, such as major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.

While we take every care to ensure our prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund. Where a pricing error is obvious, we are not obliged to fulfil an order at the incorrect price.

5. Orders

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order; the contract between you and OGGO is concluded when your order is dispatched.

To protect our clients and our business, orders may be subject to verification. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where:

  • a piece is no longer available;
  • we are unable to verify your payment or billing information, or we suspect fraudulent activity;
  • there is a pricing or product information error;
  • the order appears to be placed for resale purposes.

We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of any piece per order or per client. If an order is cancelled for any of these reasons, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, may be used only once per client unless otherwise specified, and cannot be combined with other offers. Our first-order discount applies to a client's first purchase only. We reserve the right to withdraw a promotion at any time and to cancel orders where a discount code has been misused, for example through multiple accounts. If a return causes an order to no longer meet the conditions of a promotion, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Made-to-Order Pieces

Some pieces are crafted to order. Estimated production times are shown on the relevant product page and are provided as a guide only. Should an unexpected delay occur, we will keep you informed.

8. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking record.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, provided the piece is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, as set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • pieces purchased during our Season Sale or marked "Final Sale";
  • footwear that has been worn outdoors or shows signs of wear;
  • pieces made to your specific requests or personalised for you.

Pieces returned in a condition that does not meet our return conditions will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your expense. Where the value of a returned piece has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may reduce your refund accordingly, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about your order, we kindly ask you to contact our Client Care team first, so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible. If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated for an order that has been delivered as described, we reserve the right to provide your payment provider with the relevant order, payment and delivery records, and to decline future orders.

11. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

12. Use of Our Website

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy or extract its content by automated means. We may suspend access to our website where these Terms are breached.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the OGGO name and logo, collection names, product designs, images, videos and texts, belongs to OGGO or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OGGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, and our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limitations do not apply to liability arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Events Beyond Our Control

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, carrier or customs disruptions, government actions or technical failures. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible, and if the delay is significant, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

16. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Records and Evidence

Our electronic records, including order confirmations, payment records, correspondence and carrier tracking data, may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can resolve any concern amicably. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

19. Language

These Terms are provided in English for orders placed through the international version of our website. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and in the event of any inconsistency, this English version shall prevail.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
